Professional Bio
In early 90’s, he was involved in the underground demoscence movement in Europe. He co-founded a computer association, and organized successful demo-parties in South-West of France during five years.
From 1998 to 2000, he worked as a game developer for Kalisto Entertainment on a racing video game 4 Wheel Thunder designed for the Sega Dreamcast. The game shipped in US and Europe and was very well received.
In 2000, he decided to quit Kalisto to work for TGS / Eovia on the 3Space project, a pioneer 3D technology for the web.
In 2001, he moved on to work for IN-FUSIO / Mobilescope — a pioneer in mobile gaming services — as the software architect of an innovative high-availability gaming and delivery platform.
The platform serves million of mobile players accross the world. It was the first of its kind to allow players to purchase and download games titles from an embedded store. The company has built its own patented mobile and server technologies based on Java and Ruby on Rails.
He was also part of the company’s advanced technology group, where he did research & development of 3G mobile game prototypes taking advantage of accelerated 3D graphics and real-time persistent multiplayer worlds.
In 2007, he left his sweet France to work for Xtranormal Technology (also known as Artificialife) in Montréal, Québec. He now leads product engineering, building a patent-pending automated 3D digital storytelling software for the masses.
