Jason Fried from 37signals vigorously critized Get Satisfaction — a third-party customer service and community – for unfair and bad practices regarding companies who haven’t sign their customer-company pact.

Pretty tough situation for Get Satisfaction who immediately replied via an open letter to Jason Fried.

Skype for iPhone Not Available in Canada

Control Yourself to Sell Hosted Laconica Installations

Control Yourself, the Montreal-based company behind Identi.ca announced today, they would soon be launching Status.net, a service selling subscription to hosted Laconica installations for businesses.

WWDC 2009

WWDC 09 is open for registration. It will take place at Moscone West, San Francisco, June 8–12. Last year, the event sold out in a couple of weeks. I’m thinking about going this year and I shouldn’t wait too long to decide.

Three20

Three20 is a collection of iPhone UI classes, like a photo viewer, and general utilities, like an HTTP disk cache. Three20 is derived from the Facebook iPhone app, which is one of the most downloaded iPhone apps ever.

With all these developers, the iPhone will soon get a pretty big set of 3rd party libraries.
