A couple of days ago, I attended StartupCamp Montreal 2 that took place at the SAT.

It’s an event where early stage companies share information and validate pitches live during a 8 minutes presentation; they get immediate feedback from investors and the audience.
Keynotes were good and it was great to catchup with startup fellows. This was not a Web 2.0 event though, so all kind of companies were allowed to show up. Even if I didn’t like all the projects, it was very interesting to hear about comments and advices these startups were given by gurus.
This week was also full of events; Webcom Montreal, Founders & Funders or Webcamp. I couldn’t attend to all of them, but it’s good to see that the Montreal startup scene is getting better and better, one event at a time.
