Different ambiance?
Bordeaux and Montreal are different : The Bordeaux area is 700,000 people vs the (almost) 4,000,000 of the Greater Montreal Area. Weather, ocean, wine, etc… I know this does not explain (completely) why people would not be motivated in Bordeaux. Plus if motivated ones leave Bordeaux for Montreal (like you ;-) ), the ambiance won’t improve.


Perhaps we (in Bordeaux) need to federate companies working in the Mobile Software Industry (like they did in the Video Game Industry http://www.bordeauxgames.com/), and establish partnerships with the Computer Science University.
