Xtranormal, the startup I work for in Montreal, is going to present our technology on-stage at the DEMO event, on Wednesday, Jan. 30th and at station 42 for those who can make it to the event.
DEMO is a launchpad for emerging technology taking place in Palm Springs, California. Lots of startups are getting launched at this event and it’s really the place to be.
However, it’s not that easy to get elected to be on-stage and it cost a lots of money just to be there (around $20,000). Each company presenting on-stage will only have 6 minutes to convince the audience — that’s really tough — and a video will be streamed on the web.
We’ve been working hard during the last couple of weeks to make our product ready for the demo. I don’t want to say too much about it, but put it simple our technology makes 3D user generated content, very easy to produce on the desktop and on the web.
StandoutJobs will also launch there. I wish a good luck to everybody.

Hey fred, first, congrats. Do you know if they save the video as well? In an embeddable format?

Actually I remember having seen a DEMO video (about Tungle), so I guess they will release all of them.
