Problem was VNC connection showed as a Server item in Finder all along the local network. When using 10.4.X, I remember having installed RealVNC Server. I went to /Library/StartupItems and deleted all references of VNC. Tadaaa! This solved my problem : 'Share Screen...' now works nicely, and my MacMini desktop-computer does not show anymore as a CRT-icon under Finder.
