Now that iPhone is on stage, lots of developers are complaining about how closed the platform is. I read lots of stupidities like using its UNIX base to hack it and install Linux. But who really cares about being a closed platform? Geeks I guess, but certainly not users.

I guess the industry got a new challenger. The mobile landscape will definitely change in 2007 and won’t be frustrating anymore.

Today starts Macworld Expo and as usual the show will open with one of the legendary Steve Jobs keynote. According to Apple’s website front page, I guess we should expect lots of new stuff and exciting announcements.
