Blogging has been light these days. Actually, I’ve been quite busy working on a social web 2.0 thing I’ll roll out this summer. The service is called BigNumbr and is basically dedicated to collecting factoids. The baseline says:

a comprehensive place to explore, collect and share facts… with numbers!

The team is small (two frenchies) and the technology is Ruby on Rails. We don’t know yet if the service will be successful as our business model will first rely on ads.

This is a very exciting adventure — technically, socially and in a business perspective. Rolling out that service will be a great experience. I’ll keep you posted on the next steps and when we’ll officially announce the first beta. In the meantime go to BigNumbr.com and register to our newsletter.
